Terms and Conditions Agreement for Your Bucket List Life Membership
Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Your Bucket List Life! By joining our membership community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before joining our community.
Membership Subscription
2.1 Membership Fee: The current, standard membership fee for Your Bucket List Life! is $95 per month or $900 per year. We reserve the right to raise or lower this fee, run specials, promotions, add or subtract membership categories, etc. You will be notified at least one month in advance before these changes take effect.
2.2 Payment: By subscribing to our membership, you agree to pay the applicable fee according to the selected payment plan. Payments are due on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
2.3 Cancellation: You must email or call us to cancel your membership.
2.4 Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable fee using the payment method provided, unless updated or canceled by you.
Additional Trips and Meetups
3.1 Cost Exclusion: Unless expressed otherwise, any arranged trips or meetups organized by Your Bucket List Life! are not included in the membership fee. Participants are responsible for funding their own expenses, such as travel, accommodation, meals, and activities, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Trip/Meetup Terms: Any trips or meetups facilitated by Your Bucket List Life! are undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that participation in such activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, accidents, illnesses, or loss of personal property. It is strongly advised that you arrange your own travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.
3.3 Liability: Your Bucket List Life! and its affiliates, employees, or representatives shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in any trips or meetups. You expressly release Your Bucket List Life! from any liability and agree to hold them harmless for any such incidents.
Membership Responsibilities
4.1 Eligibility: By joining Your Bucket List Life!, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our registration process, including any age or legal requirements.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account credentials. Any activity conducted using your account is your sole responsibility.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to the following:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information.
- Sharing or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior within the community.
Termination and Refunds
5.1 Termination: You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process specified on our platform. Your access to membership benefits will cease upon cancellation.
5.2 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund is granted, it will be issued according to our refund policy, as outlined on our platform.
Modifications to the Agreement
Your Bucket List Life! reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Your Bucket List Life! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or participation in any trips or meetups, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitration institution chosen by Your Bucket List Life! or through any other mutually agreed-upon dispute resolution method.
Entire Agreement
This terms and conditions agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Your Bucket List Life!, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or provision of this agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or provision or a waiver of any other term or provision. Any failure by Your Bucket List Life! to assert any right or provision under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
